These terms govern use of this website and purchases of children’s apparel and related products. We sell kids’ clothing for purchase by adults (parents and guardians). This is practical guidance and a starting template only — have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer in India before you rely on it commercially.

1. Who we are

Totli Tales (“we”, “us”) is the retail brand operated by Shree Kriya Apparels, available at totlitales.com (including www and related subdomains used for this store). Our principal business address, GSTIN (where applicable), and contact details are on the Contact page and summarised below where the Consumer Protection (E‑Commerce) Rules, 2020 require key facts on the site.

2. Who may buy

You must be at least 18 and capable of entering a contract in India. By ordering, you confirm you are buying for a child you parent or legally represent, or with proper authority. Product sizing and age guidance on the site are approximate — always check measurements and product details before purchase.

3. Products, materials & presentation

We describe fabrics, fits, and care in good faith. Colours may vary between screens and batches. Claims such as “organic” or certified fibres apply only where clearly stated on the product page and supported by your own sourcing and labels. Children’s garments must be used under adult supervision; follow wash and safety instructions on the label and any statutory textile or product requirements that apply to your inventory.

4. Pricing & availability

Prices are in INR unless stated otherwise. We may correct typographical or pricing errors before accepting an order. If an item is out of stock after payment, we will refund or offer an alternative as agreed with you and as required by law.

5. Orders & payment

Completing checkout (including payment through Razorpay or other methods we enable) is an offer to buy. We accept the order by confirming and/or shipping, subject to verification and stock. Taxes and invoice details follow your registration status and applicable law.

6. Shipping & risk

Delivery and charges are explained on our Shipping & delivery page. Risk of loss or damage in transit is addressed there and under applicable law.

7. Returns & refunds

Our Returns & refunds policy applies, including hygiene rules appropriate to kids’ wear. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable law are not limited where they apply.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections (including appropriate consumer fora), courts at a jurisdiction connected to our principal place of business may have jurisdiction — your counsel should name the city after you fix the address in site-legal.
