These terms govern use of this website and purchases of children's apparel and related products. We sell kids' clothing for purchase by adults (parents and guardians).
1. Who we are
Totli Tales (“we”, “us”) is the retail brand operated by Shree Kriya Apparels, available at totlitales.com (including www.totlitales.com and related subdomains used for this store). Our principal business address, GSTIN, and contact details are on the Contact page.
2. Who may buy
You must be at least 18 and capable of entering a contract in India. By ordering, you confirm you are buying for a child you parent or legally represent. Product sizing and age guidance are approximate — always check our size guide before purchase.
3. Products, materials & presentation
We describe fabrics, fits, and care in good faith. Colours may vary between screens and batches. Children's garments must be used under adult supervision; follow wash and safety instructions on the label.
4. Pricing & availability
Prices are in INR unless stated otherwise. We may correct typographical or pricing errors before accepting an order. If an item is out of stock after payment, we will refund or offer an alternative.
5. Orders & payment
Completing checkout (including payment through Razorpay) is an offer to buy. We accept the order by confirming and/or shipping, subject to verification and stock.

7. Returns & refunds
Our Returns & exchanges policy applies. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable law are not limited where they apply.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction for matters not reserved to those fora.
